摘要
用盐酸沉淀分离银,滤液还原后应用氢化物发生-四通道原子荧光光谱法测定硒、锑、铋和碲的量。结果表明,方法检出限:硒、锑、铋和碲分别为0.04,0.06,0.05,0.04 ng/mL;回收率97%~106%;RSD小于1.0%。此方法能同时精确测定银锭中的痕量铋、锑、硒和碲的量,且检出限较低,测定结果与国家标准方法一致。
Trace amount of bismuth,antimony,selenium and tellurium were separated from the silver matrix by precipitation separation of hydrochloric acid.Results showed that,the detection limits for Bi,Sb,Se and Te were determined to be 0.04,0.06,0.05 and 0.04 ng/mL,respectively.The recovery ratio were in the range of 97% to 106%,and the relative standard deviations were below 1.0%,respectively.The proposed method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of Bi,Sb,Se and Te in silver ingot samples and compared with the standard methods.
