摘要
为满足振动环境要求,采用改进功分腔体结构、优化连接设计等方法提高了天线的抗振性。对天线结构强度和刚度进行了有限元分析,初步验证了天线的结构性能。改进后的天线通过了相关试验验证,达到了改进设计的目的。设计中采用的方法可以应用于同类产品的结构设计。
In order to meet the requirement of vibration environment,in this paper,methods of improving power division cavity structure,optimizing connection design are used to improve the vibration resistance of the antenna.Finite element analysis of the strength and stiffness of antenna structure is carried out,preliminarily validating the performance of antenna structure.The improved antenna passed the relevant test,attained the goal of the improvement design.Methods adopted in the design can be applied to similar product structure design.
