摘要
在三网融合过程中,广电和电信出现了就IPTV、网络电视与移动电视等业务的矛盾冲突和局部的合作,在这场博弈中表现最为突出的是IPTV业务。但由于部门利益纠结、产业链成员暗中较劲等原因,使极具市场潜力的IPTV产业陷入知易行难的发展困局。本文从双边市场角度,对IPTV价值链进行双边市场特性的界定,证实了协调博弈思想是IPTV平台价值链(双边客户)形成的精髓,并用协调博弈分析了双边客户协调失败的原因和双边客户选择帕累托最优参与策略的动力。通过分析,最后得出促使IPTV价值链中双边客户形成的策略。
In the process of three nets fusion, contradictions and local cooperations about IPTV, network televi- sion and mobile TV have appeared, between radio and television operators and telecom operators. In this game, IPTV operation earns the most outstanding performance. However, the most potential industry of IPTV is in the development dilemma for easier said than done because of department interests and the secret competition of in- dustry chain, etc. These lead to the difficult advancement of IPTV industry. At the same time, the fast develop- ment of other interactive new media industries embarrasses the present IPTV cross-industry business. This paper first defines IPTV value chain from the bilateral market characteristics, and confirms the coordination game idea is the essence of forming IPTV platform value chain ( bilateral customers), and then analyzes the reasons for the failure of bilateral customer coordination by using the coordination game, and the power of choosing Pareto opti- mal participation strategy by bilateral customers from the bilateral market perspective. Based on the above analy- sis, this paper finally comes to the strategy of promoting the formation of bilateral customers in the IVTV value chain.
