摘要
为了改进传统的由分立元件构成的电容储能缝焊机的控制系统,采用ATMEL公司的AT89C51单片机做为控制系统的核心,分别用两个可控硅来驱动电容器的充电与放电;利用单片机的I/O口发出符合要求的触发脉冲来控制可控硅的导通角,从而控制电容器的充放电,达到焊接目的。通过试验证明,该方案可行。
In order to improve the traditional control system of capacitance energy storage seam welding by discrete components, the control system was designed with AT89C51 micro computer as a core. Capacitor charging and discharging were congtrolled by two silicon controlled rectifiers, the conduction angles of which were controlled the firing pulses by two I/O ports to control the capacitors charging and discharging and to achieve the purpose of welding. Experiments show that the scheme is feasible.
