摘要
毛坯设计在汽车板料冲压成形工艺设计中起重要作用,它直接影响工件的成形性。一步法将板料成形过程简化为一个简单加载的变形过程,并采用全量理论分析初始状态和变形终了构形。结合塑性变形理论和有限元技术,直接由工件反算出毛坯。并以某汽车的前门窗框加强板冲压成形为例,通过一步法获得初始毛坯的形状及尺寸,验证了一步法的快速性与准确性。
Blank design plays an important role in the process design of automotive sheet metal stamping forming, and it can directly influence the formability of a part. One-step method simplify sheet metal forming process into a simple load deformation process. The initial state and the end deformation configuration were analyzed based on the total strain theory. Combining the plasticity deformation theory with finite element method, the blank contour can be directly calculated from a given part. Taking the waist reinforcing forcing plate for window frame in front door for example, the initial blank contour can be obtained by one-step method, which can prove the speediness and correctness of one-step method.
