摘要 河南某地金矿由于包裹金和连生金较多,比较难选。通过"全浮选"、"原矿全泥氰化"和"浮选+浮选精矿氰化"三种工艺流程的对比,最终确定用"原矿全泥氰化"或者"浮选+浮选精矿氰化"工艺来回收金。其中"原矿全泥氰化"工艺得到:在磨矿细度是-200目60%,氰化时间8h时,金的浸出率就达到95.31%;"浮选+浮选精矿氰化"工艺得到:再磨细度是-200目占90%,氰化8h时,金的浸出率是95.99%,金的回收率是83.66%。 Henan gold with more wrapped in gold and even the golden, more difficult to choose. By flotation,slime cyanidation of the ore and flotation+ flotation concentrate cyanidation three kinds of the process of comparison, finalize the ore “Slime cyanidation of the ore”or “ flotation+ flotation concentrate cyanidation” process to recover gold. “Slime cyanidation of the ore” process has been: the grinding fineness of -200 mesh 60 %, cyanide 8 hours when, the leaching rate of gold reached 95.31 % ;“Flotation+ flotation concentrate cyanidation process has been: and then pulverized degree 200mesh 90%, cyanide eight hours, the leaching rate of gold is 95.99% ,the gold recovery rate is 83.66%.
