摘要
本文通过对构建大发展战略的论证,就江钨集团大发展战略的提出、形成乃至探索与实践过程进行总结。提炼出其通过改革促进企业内生增长,通过创新驱动产业结构的升级、产品结构调整来引领稀有金属产业的发展之路,以企对该行业及相关企业的发展有裨益。
Through verification on the structuring of a great development strategy, this article intends to summarize the great development strategy from its initiation,formation, exploration and experimentation in Jiangxi Rare Metals Tungsten Holdings Group Co. , Ltd. It also concludes with a development road of improving a corporate internal growth through reforms and leading the rare metals industry by upgrading the industrial structure and adjusting the production structure through creation. The author anticipates the article to be helpful to the development of the industry and enterprises concerned.
