摘要
阐述了高校理科学报的审稿制度,介绍了具体操作方法。讨论了审稿对学报质量的重要作用。指出了提高高校理科学报质量的几项措施并提出了几点建议。
In this paper is expounded the regulation of appraise manuscript of science journal in college and university, is briefed the method of operation. Is discussed that, go over a manuscript or draft take important effect for journal quality. Is pointed out few measures for improve the quality of science journal in college and university, and put forward a few proposals.
