摘要
通过基于钻井过程中无电缆式测漏仪器测量泥浆流速、泥浆温度 2个参数可确定漏失层位置。提出了用该仪器测定漏层位置的测定方案 :按事先选定的采样周期和采样次数对泥浆流速、温度 2种变量进行数字化测量 ,测量的数据按一定的格式存于井下仪器的内部存储器中 ,由计算机读取数据 ,并将测量数据转存到磁盘上形成数据文件 ;根据编制的处理系统软件进行数据可视化处理 (图形或表格形式 ) ,从而确定出漏层位置。设计了下井仪器的温度、流速传感器及其信号处理电路和数据采集与存储电路。
The depth of a lost circulation zone is determined by measuring mud velocity and its temperature with a wireless instrument in well drilling The measuring involves as follows: digitized measurement of mud velocity and its temperature to preselected sampling cycle and times is performed, and the data measured is stored according to a special form,in an internal memory of the instrument where data is read out on computer,and then the data is dumped to a disk to create data file; data visualization (on the styles of images and formats) is carried out by using the software of processing system,thus the depth of lost circulation zone is located The designs of sensors of temperature and flowrate in a downhole instrument and circuits for both signal processing,data acquisition and storage are completed as well
