摘要 直肠癌在我国的发病率逐年上升,发病年龄也趋向年轻化。术前对直肠癌准确TNM分期有利于临床治疗方式的选择。临床对直肠癌的检查,曾以触诊、钡灌肠或肠镜为主,近年来腔内超声、CT及磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)技术应用,对直肠病变的诊断作用逐渐显现。本综述通过对不同影像技术在直肠癌应用,比较各影像技术的优缺点,有利于临床医生的正确选择。
