摘要
以综合法硝酸生产装置的实际运行参数为基础,从铂网自身组成、氧化炉结构、工艺操作条件等几方面分析综合法硝酸生产中铂耗产生的主要原因。通过在生产过程中反复实践、总结,最终实现优化铂网自身结构、改造氧化炉结构、优化工艺操作等措施,有效降低装置的铂耗。
Based upon the actual running parameters of nitric acid production by synthetic method the main causes generated for platinum consumption are analyzed from such aspects as the composition of platinum net,structure of oxidation furnace and process operation.With repeated practice and summary through actual production and finally the self-structure of platinum net is optimized,the structure of oxidation furnace transformed and process operation optimized,thus,the platinum consumption in the plant is effectively dropped.
