摘要
高炉炉况对高炉冶炼过程具有至关重要的影响,炉况的好坏直接影响生铁成本。高炉炉况预测模型分为基于知识和基于数据两大类,基于知识的预测模型难以应用于在线系统,但加深了人们对高炉冶炼过程的理解;基于数据的预测模型大多可在线应用,但缺少对高炉知识的应用。高炉炉况预测模型的发展方向是建立基于知识与基数据相结合的高炉炉况预测模型。
In blast furnace ironmaking process, BF status is a significant variable, and more importantly it directly reflects the cost of blast furnace. Forecasting Model for BF status are classified into two classes:one is Forecasting Model for BF status based on knowledge which is difficult to be applied to the on -line system and has deepened our understanding of the blast furnace ironmaking progress ; the other is Forecasting Model for BF status based on the data which can be applied easily to the on-line system but lacks of the understanding of the blast furnace ironmaking progress. The development trend of Forecasting Model for BF status is to combine forecasting model for BF status based on knowledge with forecasting model BF status based on data.
