体外激活的调节性T细胞趋化特性初探

摘要 1995年Sakaguchi等[1]报道CD4+CD25+T细胞是一具有免疫调节(或抑制)作用的细胞群。此后人们对调节性(或抑制性)T细胞的研究予以了极大的关注。近期的研究表明,CD4+CD25+Treg细胞(T regula-tory cell,Treg)作为一种专职的调节性T细胞亚群,
