提出了发展和规范政府采购代理机构、建立相应的法律法规体系等四个方面的问题 ,并提出了相应的政策建议。
The author discusses issues about the establishment and standardization of agent institution of government purchases,the implementation of relative legal system,and raised the authors view on these issues.
