摘要
中国国家领导人有关构建"中美新型大国关系"的倡议,得到美国高层的积极回应。冷战结束以后,国际体系内挑战性与颠覆性元素明显减少,以"敌我分明"、"对抗和冲突"、"零和博弈"为特征的传统大国关系淡出历史舞台,取而代之的是以"相互依存"、"亦敌亦友"、"竞争与合作并存"为特征的新型大国关系。探索形成大国关系的新模式,是未来中美两国共同努力的方向。本文意在在已有研究基础上,全面把握传统大国关系和新型大国关系的基本特征,探索中美共建新型大国关系的必要性和可行性。
The US's elevated people have positive response to initiatives on constructing 'Sino-US new relations between big powers' by China's national leaders.After the end of the cold war,challenges and subversive elements the international system was significantly reduced.The traditional relations between big powers characterized by ' friend and foe,'' conflict and fight,'' zero-sum game' fade out of the historical stage.And its substitute is a new great power relations characterized by 'Interdependent,' 'friends and enemies,' 'coexistence of competition and cooperation.' To explore the new model of the formation of big power relations is the direction of Sino-US joint efforts in the future.The present paper,on the basis of all existing research,comprehensively grasp the basic characteristics of the traditional and new relations between big powers,explore the necessity and feasibility to build a new relations between big powers
