摘要
以心理咨询效果评价模型、员工工作绩效评价模型等方面的研究为基础,根据高校辅导员谈心工作的实际,,从谈话时间和内容两个方面构建了辅导员谈心工作评价指标体系,其中谈话时间包括时间长度、深度、广度、稳定性、及时性,谈话内容包括谈话的形式质量和内容质量。
