三峡电站暖通空调系统委托管理模式综述

摘要 三峡电站根据人员配备少、管辖设备多的特点,自主探索出一套暖通空调系统委托管理的模式。自2003年首台机组发电开始,一直委托空调主机设备生产厂家负责管理,包括设备巡检、定期维护保养、临时消缺、设备检修全部工作内容。通过委托管理模式的良好实施,暖通空调系统运行稳定,设备维护检修及时,未发生过一次因维护管理不善引起的故障停机,并为电站高效管理节约了大量人力资源,管理效果良好。主要介绍委托管理模式下,人员管理、设备管理、检修管理等方面情况。 Based on the features of few staff and many jurisdiction equipments, an entrust administrative model of HVAC system is discovered in Three Gorges Hydropower Plant(TGHP). Since the first unit generates electricity in 2003, the air conditioner equipment manufacturer is entrusted to administrate the HVAC system, including equipment inspection, regular maintenance, and equipment repair. Through the good implementation of administrative model, the HVAC system runs steady. The maintenance and repair of equipment are in time, therefore no downtime resulted from mismanagement has taken place. It also saves human resources for efficient administration of the Power Station. The administration effect is fine. The article mainly introduces staff administration, equipment administration and repair administration of this administrative model.
