摘要 休眠性是作物重要的农艺性状之一。本研究对31个刚收获的花生品种(系)进行发芽试验,以评价不同品种的休眠特性。结果表明,发芽率和萌发率都可以作为评价种子休眠性的指标。不同品种种子发芽率的变异范围为0~71.11%,20个品种(系)的发芽率低于10.0%,其中,徐9641等6个品种(系)的发芽率为0,表现为较强的休眠性;启海花生的发芽率为71.11%,休眠性较弱。相关分析表明,种子休眠性强弱与荚果、籽仁形状和小叶长度有关,长粒型种子和小叶较长的品种休眠性较强,而与其他农艺性状相关不显著。 Seed dormancy is one of the important agronomic traits of crops. In this study, we car- ried out seed germination test of 31 fresh-harvested peanut varieties (lines) to estimate their dormancy characteristics. The results showed that germination (both germinated and germinating) rates can be used as the indicator of seed dormancy evaluation. The variation range of germination rate was 0-71. 11%, with 20 varieties less than 10.0% and 6 varieties (Xu9641, etc.) low to zero, which showed strong dormancy character. On the contrary, the germination rate of Qihai was 71. 11%, which showed weak dormancy. Correlation analysis showed that seed dormancy was significantly related to the legume shape, grain shape and single leaf length: varieties with long grain or long leaf length showed strong dormancy. Other agronomic traits were not significantly correlated to the dormancy characteristic.
