摘要
窝沟封闭作为一种无痛、无害、无创伤的技术,是预防窝沟龋的有效方法。操作步骤包括:清洁、酸蚀、冲洗和干燥、涂布封闭剂、固化、检查。窝沟封闭的防龋效果与封闭剂的保留率直接相关,窝沟封闭的相关操作技术、材料的性能都是与窝沟封闭效果密切相关的因素。
Pit and fissure sealant has been proved to be an effective method for caries prevention which is without pain , harm or damage to teeth. The procedures of pit and fissure sealant are as follows ： cleaning , etching , washing and drying , sealant painting , solidification and inspection. The efficiency of caries prevention by pit and fissure sealant is associated with the retention of sealant , which is related to the clinical procedures , sealant materials and the techniques.
