摘要
目的:观察虎藻脂肝消胶囊对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)大鼠血清脂质过氧化、胰岛素抵抗的影响,探讨其治疗NAFLD的作用机制。方法:采用高脂乳剂灌胃并配合自由饮用蔗糖水建立脂肪肝胰岛素抵抗SD大鼠模型。造模后,以虎藻脂肝消胶囊高、中、低剂量混悬液分别灌胃大鼠,并以多烯磷脂酰胆碱灌胃大鼠为阳性对照,均持续6周。检测大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、葡萄糖(FBG)、胰岛素(FINS)的水平,并采用HOMA法计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:中、高剂量组大鼠SOD显著高于模型对照组(P<0.01、P<0.01);而低、高剂量组大鼠的MDA与模型对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05、P<0.01)。低剂量治疗组大鼠FBG较模型对照组显著性降低(P<0.05),其余各组与模型对照组比较无统计学意义;高剂量组大鼠FINS与模型对照组比较显著降低(P<0.01);低、高剂量组大鼠HOMA-IR与模型对照组比较显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:虎藻脂肝消胶囊能显著提高NAFLD大鼠SOD活性,降低氧自由基代谢产物MDA的含量,且对大鼠胰岛素抵抗表现出了较好的治疗作用。
Objective:To study the effect of capsule Huzao Zhiganxiao on SOD,MDA,FBG,FINS and HOMA-IR in rat model of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),and unveil its mechanism of antagonizing NAFLD.Methods:The model of NAFLD were made by intragastric administration with high fat emulsion and free drink of cane suger syrup.SOD,MDA,FBG,FINS were detected,HOMA-IR was calculated.Results:The activity of SOD was higher and the content of MDA was lower in control group than in model group that control group.The control group had descendant effect on HOMA-IR.Conclusion: Capsule Huzao Zhiganxiao can improve SOD activity,reduce oxygen free metabolism related to the content of MDA and improve the insulin resistance of rats.
