单向式完全胸腔镜下早期肺癌根治术的临床研究 被引量：12

摘要 目的探讨单向式完全电视胸腔镜下施行肺癌根治术的可行性和安全性。方法回顾2008年10月-2012年3月施行的97例单向式完全胸腔镜下肺癌根治术,共完成左上肺叶切除术14例,左下肺叶切除术33例,右上肺叶切除术16例,右肺中叶切除术5例,右下肺叶切除术29例,同时施行系统淋巴结清扫术。结果本组手术顺利,无围手术期严重并发症及死亡,手术时间85～240min,中位数150min;术中出血50～600mL,中位数150mL;术后带管时间3～16d,中位数4d;术后住院时间5～20d,中位数8d;所有病人至少清扫6组淋巴结,每例切除淋巴结7～23枚,中位数13枚。结论单向式完全电视胸腔镜下施行肺癌根治术安全、有效,简化了手术程序,值得大力推广。
