自噬对先天性免疫的调控 被引量:5

摘要 自噬又称为Ⅱ型程序性细胞死亡方式,是运输细胞质成分进入溶酶体的蛋白降解系统[1-2]。主要清除细胞内受损细胞结构、衰老的细胞器以及不再需要的生物大分子等,自噬机制失灵将导致细胞异常甚至死亡[3]。通过对酵母遗传学筛选的研究,已发现一些关键的自噬分子,
