介绍了塔里木油田公司承包商的基本情况,对塔里木油田公司承包商管理机制与特点进行了探讨,认为应建立较完善的承包商管理制度,实施承包商准入管理,加强承包商现场HSE管理,并对加强承包商管理取得的成效进行了总结。
The basic situation of the engineering contractors of Tarim Oilfield Company is introduced, and the management mecha- nism and characteristics of the engineering contractors are discussed. It is held that it is necessary to establish perfect contraetor management system, implement contractor access management and strengthen the site HSE management of the contractors. The achievements of the company in the management of engineering contractors are summed up.
