摘要
基于当代科学的新形而上学,全球问题有四个不可能完全消除的根源,不可能解决或化解,只能缓解。缓解的办法是:全球性的现代科学技术文化及工业文明的自我完善,进化出工业-生态文明;人类思维方式改变,采用社会综合评价标准;全球治理结构进化,出现对环境统一监管和治理的权威机构;人类集体理性成长,抑制固有的利己性。日益增加的自然灾害和环境压力将推进这个进化过程。
Based on the new metaphysics of contemporary scientific, global problems involve four root causes which can hardly be eliminated, but eased. The way to eliminate the root causes is as follows, self- impro- ving the global culture of modern science and technology and industrial civilization, developing industrial and ecological civilization, changing human thinking, adopting social comprehensive assessment standards, impro- ving global management structure, establishing authority organizations with united supervision of the environ- ment, raising human＇s collective rationality and suppressing inherent selfishness. The increasing natural dis- asters and environmental pressure will boost the evolutionary progress.
