超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞计数联合检测对诊断小儿急性阑尾炎的临床意义 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨白细胞计数及超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的检测对小儿急性阑尾炎的诊断意义。方法测定55例急性阑尾炎患儿外周血白细胞计数和血清hs-CRP含量水平,并与40例健康儿童作比较。结果急性阑尾炎患儿与健康儿童之间,血清hs-CRP水平和白细胞计数比较差异有统计学意义。结论白细胞计数及hs-CRP联合检测有助于提高小儿急性阑尾炎的诊断效率,可减少误诊率。
