Introduces the teaching reseach on Digital Circuit based on Quartus Ⅱ 9.0 by taking the counter chip 74160 as an example. Discusses the advantage of Quartus Ⅱ 9.0 used in Digital Circuit which represents the significance and function of EDA technique in Digital Circuit.
