摘要
针对动态运动控制越来越高的精度和快速性要求,给出一种基于PMAC运动控制卡的控制方法。介绍PMAC运动控制卡的性能、特点和工作原理,阐述动态试验控制系统的组成、工作原理和基于PMAC运动控制卡的动态试验运动控制系统的软硬件组成,并给出PMAC运动控制卡实现的正弦运动轨迹的模拟结果。结果表明,基于PMAC运动控制卡的控制系统能够满足动态运动实验的精度和快速性要求。
The performances, characteristics and operation principles of PMAC motion controller were introduced. A brief intro- duction to the function of upper computer control software was made, and the applications of PMAC motion controller in the dynamic test movement control were illustrated. The composing and operation principles of the dynamic movement control system were presen- ted. The simulation of sine motion curve was implemented by PMAC motion controller. It is shown that the control system based on PMAC controller meets the requirements of dynamic test.
