摘要 以接骨木当年生枝条的侧芽为外植体,对接骨木(Sambucus williamsii Hance)离体培养和高效的组培快速繁殖体系进行研究。结果表明,接骨木侧芽用加入吐温80的0.1%升汞灭菌时,10min能起到较好的灭菌效果。10h是诱导侧芽的适宜光照时间。MS+6-BA3.0mg.L-1+NAA0.2mg.L-1+TDZ0.03mg.L-1+GA32.0mg.L-1是接骨木不定芽增殖的较优培养基;生根的较优培养基为MS+NAA0.4mg.L-1+IBA0.2mg.L-1,生根率达100%,平均主根数目为16条。生根苗移栽后的成活率达100%。 Vitro culture and efficient system for rapid propagation of tissue culture research of Sambucus williamsii Hance were studied.The res ults showed that lateral buds of S.williamsii were sterilized in 0.1% mercuric chloride by adding a few drops of Tween 80,10min able to play a good sterilizing effect.Ten hours was the appropriate exposure time induced axillary buds.The best medium for shoot proliferation was MS medium containing 3.0mg.L-1 6-BA,0.2mg.L-1 NAA,0.03mg.L-1 TDZ and 2.0mg.L-1 GA3.The best rooting medium was MS medium with 0.4mg.L-1 NAA and 0.2mg.L-1 IBA,Rooting rate reached 100%.Health and off spring survival rate after transplant was 100%.
