摘要
研究不同盐度条件下,木霉菌株SH2303的生长速度、生长量、产孢量、几丁质酶活性及其平板拮抗性的变化规律。结果表明,随着盐度增加,木霉的生长速度、生长量和几丁质酶活性受抑制程度逐步增强;有盐条件下产孢量比非盐条件下降明显;然而,盐分对木霉菌抑制枯萎病菌的效率无明显影响。
The effects of a range o{ salinity concentrations on growth rate, hyphae weight, the production of conidiospore and chlamydospore, and chitinase activities of Trichoderma strain SH2303 were investigated, and the antagonistic variation against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum in co-culture test with Trichoderma strain SH2303 was conducted. The results showed that as salinity increased, the growth rate, hyphae weight, production of conidiospore and chlamydospore of Trichoderma strain SH2303 were inhibited more progressively. The quantity of produced conidiospore and chlamydospore with salt significantly reduced compare to without salt. No significant effects of salinity on inhibiting function of Trichoderma to cucumber fusarium wilt.
