摘要
为了迅速扩大醉鱼草在西藏的苗木数量,对其扦插繁殖技术进行研究。研究了不同质量浓度ABT-1号生根粉和不同基质对醉鱼草扦插生根的影响,结果表明:经不同质量浓度ABT-1号生根粉处理的插穗生根率差异显著,其中200 mg/L浸泡2 h的效果最好,生根率可以达到86.7%,比对照提高了92.24%;不同基质配比下生根率、生根数、平均生根长度和新生枝条长度差异均显著,其中使用土壤︰腐殖质︰纯沙子=1︰1︰1配比效果最好,生根率达到73.2%,生根数达到3.7条,平均生根长度达到5.17 cm,新生枝条长度达到8.35 cm。
In order to rapidly expand the number of seedlings in Tibet,the cutting propagation techniques have been studied.The effects of different substrates and different mass concentrations of ABT-1 auxin on Buddleia?lindleyana cuttings rooting rate were investigated.The results show that the rooting rates were significantly different with different mass concentrations,of them,the treatment of 200 mg/L soaked for 2 hours had the best effect,rooting rate of 86.7%,increased by 92.24% compared with the control;among different substrate compositions treatments,the rooting rate,rooting number,average root length and new branches length were significantly different,the ratio of soil:humus:pure sand = 1:1:1 resulted the best rooting effect,rooting rate of 73.2 %,rooting number of 3.7 strips,the average root length of 5.17 cm,the new branches length reached to 8.35 cm.
