广山油田地面系统新型节能技术的应用及效果

摘要 中石化华东分公司广山油田地面工程建设以"节省投资、节能降耗"为切入点,积极利用太阳能+空气源热泵供热、井口电加热器+中频伴热单管串接集输、采油井自动计量+远传、河水处理等新工艺、新技术,并进行相关工艺的研发和集成,运行效果显著、节能环保,有效地推动了油田地面工程工艺技术的进步,取得了较好的经济效益,为苏北油田地面建设树立了典范。 With the key point of investment-saving and energy-saving & consumption-reducing, many new technologies and energy resources are applied in the construction project of Guangshan oilfield sur-face engineering of Huadong branch company, SINOPEC, such as solar energy and air source heat pump, common-line gathering process with wellhead electric heater and single-pipe cascad-ing gathering process with intermediate frequency heat tracting automatic metering & teletransmis-sion of oil wells, and the river water treatment etc. The relative techniques have been developed and integrated. The operation of this process is high efficiency and energy-saving & environ-ment-protection. It can improve effectively the process of oilfield surface engineering. The better economic benefit has been obtained. An example for the construction of Subei oilfield surface engi-neering has been set up.
