摘要
油房沟水电站引水隧洞过水管支架桥位于隧洞中段,是有压隧洞跨洒渔河的交叉建筑物。由支架桥及其上承载的压力钢管道组成,总跨度125 m,最大墩高42.8 m,钢管设计流量46.7 m3/s。桥梁支撑结构采用空心墩和排架结构,基础设置承台及混凝土灌注桩,桥面为预应力混凝土箱型结构,过水钢管采用支撑环与桥面横梁连接。通过结构设计充分考虑了钢管与桥梁的变形协调及抗震问题,对于大流量有压引水工程跨河建筑物的设计有一定的借鉴意义。
The bracket bridge for water passing pipe of diversion tunnel in Youfanggou hydropower station is located at the middle section of the tunnel,which crosses with the pressured tunnel on Sayuhe River.It is composed of the brackets and penstocks on its upper side,which has a total span of 125m,a maximum pier height of 42.8m and a designed discharge of steel pipe of 46.7m3/s.The bridge support structure adopts hollow pier and bent structure,the bridge foundation adopts cap and cast-in-place concrete piles,the bridge deck is pre-stressed concrete box structure,and the water passing pipe is connected to deck cross-beam by using of support rings.Full consideration is given to the deformation coordination and seismic issues of the steel pipe and bridge in structural design,which can be well referenced by the design of river-crossing structures with pressured diversion works of great discharge.
