摘要
美国的次级债泡沫破裂是此次全球经济危机的触发点,其造成的严重经济后果暴露了世界经济在长期发展过程中所酝酿的失衡状况。从这一点上来说,治理危机的根本路径实际上就是调整世界经济结构以使其重新达到均衡。但这个过程殊为不易,从各国应对经济危机的具体举措中可以发现,主要经济体国家的经济政策和经济环境既相互促进又相互制约,单一经济体的产业结构调整必然会引起连锁反应。本文还对金融危机对各国经济的影响机理以及各主要经济体政策的相互影响进行分析,并就各经济体之间产业布局的重新调整进行简单的讨论。
The collapse of the subprime debt bubble consequences illustrated an unbalanced status quo of the world triggered the recent global economic crisis and the severe economy after long time prosperity. The measure to counteract the crisis is actually to adjust the global economic structure so as to regain harmony. However, this process is a hard one to accomplish. Different countries are applying various policies to alleviate the influences, while all those economies are correlated in both positive and negative ways, which means the policy of a single economy will shed its shadow upon others. In this article, we attempt to analyze the actual mechanism of crisis effect and the correlations of the variety of policies with a focus on the effects on industry development and adjustment.
