多粮浓香型白酒酿酒专用粮多种金属元素检测方法的建立和研究 被引量:6

摘要 建立了用ICP.MS在线内标法测定酿酒专用粮中多种金属元素的方法,探索了样品的前处理条件,并对IcP—MSI作参数及条件进行了优化。根据酿酒专用粮中所含各元素的含量高低差异,将待检测元素标准系列分为4组,NMg、AI、Fe线性范围0~800μg/L;Na、Ti、Cr、Mn线性范围0-400μg/L;V、Ni、As、Pb、Ba线性范围0~8μg/L;Co、Cu、Zn、Mo、Ag、Cd、Sn、Sb、Hg线性范围0-4μg/L时,实验加标回收率在86%-118%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)均〈10%。采用该方法对多种酿酒专用粮样品进行了检测,结果表明精密度和准确度均满足分析要求。 An ICP-MS online intemal calibration method for determination of multiple heavy metals in liquor special grain was established. The pre-treatment conditions, operation parameters and ICP-MS working conditions were optimized. According to contents levels of elements in liquor special grain, the standard series were divided into four groups. The liner range ofMg, Al, and Fe were 0-800μg/L; the liner range ofNa, Ti, Cr, and Mn were 0-400μg/L; the liner range of V, Ni, As, Pb, and Ba were 0-8μg/L; and the liner range of Co, Cu, Zn, Mo, Ag, Cd, Sn, Sb and Hg were 0-41μg/L. The recovery rate was in 86%-118% and relative standard deviation (n=6) less than 10%. Results of analysis of samples indicated that both precision and accuracy could meet the requirement of analysis.
