行列式制瓶机电子配时系统的设计

摘要 为了实现玻璃制瓶工艺从机械配时向电子配时的转变,设计了一款基于CAN总线的电子配时系统。系统主要由上位机、段控板和机控板3个部分组成。段控板控制各个电磁阀的动作,而机控板检测同步信号并分发给各段控板。用CAN总线实现各控制板之间的通信以及控制板与上位机的通信。控制精度达到0.1度,较好地满足了现代制瓶工艺的要求。 The electronic timing system based on CAN bus was designed to realize the conversion from mechanical timing to electronic timing for glass bottle forming process.The system is constituted by PC,section control boards and a main control board.The section controls board control electromagnetic valves′ movements;the main control board measures synchronous signals and distributes them to each section control boards.Meanwhile,the synchronization between section control boards and feeder machine is also controlled by main control board.CAN bus is used to realize the communication among the control boards as well as the communication between the control boards and PC.For the control precision reaches 0.1 degree,which matches requirements of modern forming bottle.
