医生对采用电子新技术管理结核病人满意度问卷表信效度分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的结核病防治医生对肺结核病人治疗采用电子新技术管理满意度问卷进行信效度分析。方法采用克朗巴赫α系数和结构效度对实施新技术的4个项目组(规划组、电子药盒组、手机组和手机+电子药盒组)共475名医务人员进行满意度问卷调查。结果规划组的α系数为0.880,提取公共因子3个;药盒组α系数为0.810,手机组α系数为0.852,手机+药盒组α系数为0.820,均提取公共因子5个。结论设计的4个组别医务人员新技术管理病人满意度问卷表的信度、效度均高。 OBJECTIVE Analysis of the reliability and validity of the satisfaction questionnaires on the tuberculosis (TB) dispensary doctors for management TB patient treatment to adopt the new technique of electron. METHODS Investigate 475 TB doctors of four groups from the programming, the electron medicine box, the mobile phone and the combination mobile phone and electron drug box. RESULTS The programming group's questionnaire's Cronbach's c~ is 0.880 and 3 principal components are factored. The electron medicine box group' s questionnaire' s Cronbach's ct is 0.810, mobile phone group's is 0.852 and the combination electron medicine box and mobile phone group' s is 0.820, and 5 principal components are factored in the three groups. CONCLUSION It is higher that the reliability and validity to design four group doctors satisfaction questionnaires on the new technique management TB patients.
