摘要 支气管哮喘是一种涉及Th1/Th2失衡的慢性气道过敏性疾病。Th2偏移是哮喘发病的主要原因之一。近年研究发现,T细胞免疫球蛋白和黏蛋白区域分子1(TIM-1)在调控哮喘发病过程中的T细胞活化及Th1/Th2分化中发挥重要作用,已成为当前研究热点之一。本文就TIM-1基因特点及其在支气管哮喘发病中的作用作一综述。 Bronchial asthma is a chronic airway allergy disease involving the imbalance of Th1/Th2.Th2 shift is one of the primary causes of asthma.Recent studies have found that T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain molecule 1(TIM-1) play important roles in T cell activation and Th1/Th2 differentiation in asthma,which has been intensively reported in recent researches.This article reviews the characteristics of TIM-1 gene and its role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma.
