摘要
应用有限元软件ANSYS workbench,建立螺栓联接三维有限元模型,采用对比的方法对某扶梯驱动机座连接螺栓进行了失效分析。该分体式螺栓在螺杆旋入T形头方向上的第一圈旋合螺纹牙根存在较大的应力,是整个联接的薄弱环节。有限元分析定量证实了不合理的螺栓分体式结构设计、螺纹联接旋合长度不足以及安装过程中预紧力控制不当造成了螺纹压溃拔出螺栓头,是螺栓的主要失效形式,与破坏性试验相吻合。
The 3D finite element model of the bolt connection based on ANSYS was built in order to analyze the failure of bolts in fixing an escalator drive unit. Three main factors, the structure of bolt head, the screwing length and the pretension force were discussed respectively by comparing the element results at the same working condition. It is shown that the maximum stress occurs on the first tooth root of thread screwed between the bolt-head and the bolt-rnd, which faces the danger of crushing. For the split-body bolt with the installation by short screwing length, the bolt-rod would be drawn out of the bolt-head because of thread crushing when the bolt works on the sever condition or the pretension force was not controlled reasonably, which was proved by the bolt tensile test.
