摘要
本文在分析降膜蒸发器结疤特点、结疤速率基础上,提出了延缓结疤的措施,发明了段式酸洗清理结疤的技术,通过延缓结疤和段式酸洗技术的应用,明显的降低了蒸发器的汽水比。
Based on analyzing of scaling characteristics and rate, measures of delaying scaling are proposed, and sectional acid cleaning technology is in- vented. After application of delaying scaling and sectional acid cleaning technologies, the steam to water ratio is obviously reduced.
