摘要
基于对高铝粉煤灰的形成与特性深入研究的基础上,自主开发了高铝粉煤灰提取氧化铝的多联产工艺技术路线并进行产业化示范;提出在内蒙古中西部地区发展以高铝粉煤灰提取氧化铝为核心,实现煤铝镓共生矿产的高效利用,形成煤炭-电力-有色冶金-化工-造纸-建材的新型循环经济产业发展模式,对优化西部地区产业结构和布局,保障我国铝工业资源安全和增强有色金属产业国际竞争力等具有重大战略意义。
Baaed on the deep research of the formation and characteristic, self - developed extraction alumina from high aluminium fly ash poly - technolo- gy routes and industrialization demonstration are introduced in this paper, It is proposed that the extraction of alumina from high aluminium fly ash is the core of development of central and western regions of Inner Mongolia to realize high efficiency utilization the paragenetie minerals of coal, aluminium and gallium, and form the new circular economic development modes of coal - electricity - nonferrous metallurgy - chemicals - paper - building materials, which has great strategic siguifieanee for optimizing the structure and arrangement of western industry and guaranteeing the safety of aluminium resources and advancing the competitiveness of non - ferrous metal industry.
