摘要
介绍了晶闸管电力调整装置的基本概念、工作原理、控制模式、基本组成、主要技术指标等内容,重点对晶闸管整流调压的两种主要触发方式的优缺点进行比较分析。结合电阻炉不同类型负载的温度电阻变化特性,对调功装置触发模式的选择进行分类分析,并给出不同类型负载所适合的触发控制方式。
Introduced the basic concepts of thyristor power controller,working principle,control mode,basic composition and main technical indexests,and so on.Further more,compared and analysed the advantage and disadvantage of the main triggering modes of thyristor.At the same time,combined the temperature-resistance characteristic of the different types of resistance furnace load,analysed the trigger mode selection of the thyristor power source for classification,given advice of the different types of load for the trigger control method.
