摘要
胸痹病机表现为本虚标实,虚实夹杂,发作期以标实为主,缓解期以本虚为主的特点,其治则应补其不足,泻其有余。中医辨证论治寒凝心脉证、气滞血瘀证、痰浊痹阻证、心肾阳虚证、气阴两虚证疗效满意。随着中医药研究的进展,用药途径的更新以及速效药的相继问世,其临床疗效会更加显著。
