摘要
舌诊是望诊中的重要部分,叶天士在《温热论》中有关舌诊的论述颇多。本文从舌色、舌苔、舌形、舌态、舌下脉络等几方面来探讨温病热入营分证中所见的不同舌象及其对温病热入营分证不同证型的辨别方法,从而进行指导临床治疗。
Tongue diagnosis is the important part of inspection.There are lots of discusses about tongue diagnosis Ye TianShis Treatise on Epidemic Febrile Diseases.The article discussed about different tongue pictures when Seasonal febrile disease heat entering yingfen syndrome and the authentication method about different syndromes of Seasonal febrile disease heat entering yingfen syndrome from the following several aspects： tongue color,coating on the tongue,tongue shape,tongue condition and sublingual venation.Then it can guild the clinical treatment.
