摘要
胃痞证是以患者自觉胃脘部痞塞不适,胸膈部满闷不舒,然触之无形,按之柔软,压之无痛为主要症状的病证,是中医病名,为脾胃系统疾病的常见证侯。刘师认为,对于该证中医的辨证论治常常能收到较好的效果,故将胃痞证分为饮食内停、肝胃不和、脾胃虚弱、气滞血瘀、寒热错杂证五个证型,并善于巧用半夏泻心汤、丹参饮等经典名方。就刘华一教授治疗胃痞证的经验进行总结。
