摘要
将锰酸锂动力电池在不同温度(-30℃、20℃、40℃和65℃)下搁置后,快速进行重物撞击实验。实验所用锰酸锂动力电池的总体安全性较差;电池在撞击过程中,实验环境温度越高,电池的安全性越差;温升速率越快,越容易发生着火等热失控现象。未着火与着火试样的温升速率与最高温度分别呈线性和3次多项式的关系。
The impact tests were quickly taken to the commercial lithium manganese oxide(LiMn2O4) power battery after stored under different temperatures( - 30℃ - 20℃ ,40℃ and 65℃). The total safety performance of the experiment used LiMn2O4 power battery was poor. In impact process, the higher the environment temperature was, the worse the battery thermal stability was. The battery was prone to occur thermal runaway such as fire when the temperature rise rate was high. Temperature rising rate and maximum temperature was a linear and cubic polynomial relationship of the samples that did not burn and burned during im- pact tests, respectively.
