摘要
城乡一体化是工业化、城市化、农业产业化的融合、深化和延伸,是经济社会发展变化的高级形态。发挥骨干企业在珠江上游城乡一体化进程中的主体作用,是由珠江上游城乡一体化的历史任务和骨干企业的特有地位决定的。针对骨干企业在珠江上游城乡一体化中发挥作用的有利条件和不利因素,应主动采取培育农业产业化龙头企业、加强骨干企业同农村产业的联系、推动骨干企业向劳动密集型产业延伸等基本策略,以有效推进珠江上游城乡一体化进程。
The integration of the urban and rural areas, the advanced form of the development of economic society, is the integration, extension, and deepening of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural in- dustrialization. The historical task and important position of the key enterprises decide their roles in the integration of urban and rural areas. Facing the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises in the integration, we should set up the leading agricultural industrialization enterprises, enhance the relation between the enterprises and the rural industry, and extend the key enterprises to the labor- intensive industry.
