摘要
对发病死亡雏鸽进行解检,通过细菌培养分离、生化特性、致病性试验及血清学鉴定,从中分离出3株大肠杆菌,表明致病菌是大肠杆菌。使用大肠杆菌O型抗原鉴定,鉴定出2株2个血清型,分别为o44、o86,表明了在同一个场同时存在多种大肠杆菌血清型。为本地区今后对大肠杆菌病的预防和控制提供了有意义的参考价值。
A necropsy examination was carried out on dead young pigeons, 3 strains of escherichia coli were isolation through bacterial culture and isolation, biochemical characteristics, animal pathogenicity test and serological identification which indicated that escherichia coli was the main pathogen. 2 strains of bacteria 044, 086 can be identified when escherichia coli "0" type antigen serotype was used which demonstrated that there exists multiple escherichia coli serotypes in the same farm. The results will provide a significant reference for local area in the prevention and control of colibacillosis in the future.
