机械活化制导热PVC板材研究综述

摘要 近年来,随着科技的迅速发展,人们对电子电器以及化工生产等领域的电子零件以及生产设备都提出了更高的要求。而目前使用在这些领域的大多是贵重金属,价格昂贵,且不耐酸、碱等化学药品的腐蚀。PVC作为目前使用最广、生产量最大的树脂之一,如果能够提高其导热性能,完全可以将其用来替代贵重金属使用在各个领域。有研究报道,在PVC粉末中混合搅拌加入一种导热性能较好的添加剂,采用机械活化球磨的方式,利用平板硫化机在一定的温度和压力下压制成型板材,可较大地提高PVC板材的导热率,这一研究将极大地促进电子工业的发展。 In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, people have put higher requirements on electronic production and equipment in the field of electronic appliances and chemical productions. The most used in these areas are the precious and expensive metals which cannot resistance the acid, alkali and other chemicals. PVC as one of the largest and the most widely used resin production. If its thermal performance can be improved, it can be used in electronic fields instead of the expensive metals. Studies have reported that adding thermal additives in the PVC powder which will be mixed and stirred by using mechanical activation ball milling can greatly improve the thermal conductivity of the PVC. The molding plate is completed on plate vulcanizing machine at a certain temperature and under a definite pressure. This study will greatly promote the development of the electronics industry.
