摘要
研究以国家队铁饼运动员的技术为研究对象,运用摄像、解析、比较等方法对相关技术参数进行分析研究,我国优秀女子铁饼运动员技术呈现为平速型、后速型和全速型。平速型更能体现平稳转动、逐步加速、持续用力的合理技术。铁饼运行后期最高点、最低点之间的落差及相应位置关系的变化,蕴含着不同发力形式的区别:李艳凤等三名队员此段落的铁饼运行呈现出急剧下降的状态,将垂直用力与旋转摆动效果合二为一,加强了最后用力的发力力度,此类发力形式可称为"下压型";其余队员此段落铁饼垂直落差值较小,即注重集中发挥旋转给铁饼带来的离心力,或可称为"平摆型"发力形式。李艳凤铁饼出手前最后阶段运行轨迹的特征更符合现代铁饼技术要求,表现更为合理。支撑矩大小对用力幅度会产生较大的影响。
This paper mainly focuses on the study about the techniques of our Chinese excellent female discus players, and reveals its technique characteristics and the existing problems, which will lay a sound foundation in scientific and theoretic study and make a good preparation for the 2012 London Olympic Games. Taking the discus players of our national team as the main subjects, this paper analyses the relative technical parameters obtained by means of camera videos, analysis, and comparison and so on. The results show that, firstly, the techniques of our Chinese excellent discus players present the char- acteristics as "average speed type", "later speed type", and "full speed type". Among them, the first one reflects a more reasonable technology of steady motion, stable acceleration and sustainable strength; Secondly, the drop between the highest point and the lowest point in the latter period of the discus motion and the changes of the relative positions imply the differ- ences of different forms in exerting strength. For example, the discus motion of Li Yanfeng and the other two players in this point shows the tendency of sudden dropping, which combines the vertical strength and revolving pendulum together and in- tensify the strength at the last, which can be called "the press - strength type" ; the drop value of the other players in this point is relatively small, namely, pay more attention on the centrifugal pull brought by the revolving discus, or the so - called "pendulum - strength type" ; thirdly, the characteristics of motion orbits of Li Yanfeng in the last period of throwing discus conforms more to modern requirements of discus and the performance more sensible; at last, the matrix of the support has a great effect on the range of exerting strength.
