轻集料混凝土工作性能改善措施及其对强度影响

摘要 采用陶粒预湿和掺增黏剂两种方法改善轻集料混凝土的工作性能,并研究其对混凝土抗压强度的影响。结果表明:陶粒预湿能够改善轻集料混凝土的工作性能,但会使混凝土强度有所降低;适量增黏剂HEMC的掺入能够改善混凝土拌合物的工作性能,但掺量过多会使混凝土拌合物流动性下降和抗压强度明显降低。两种方法皆可用来改善轻集料混凝土拌合物的工作性能。采取陶粒预湿方法时,预湿时间宜为0.5 h,使用增黏剂HEMC时,其掺量宜控制在0.1%以内。 Two methods of Pre-wetting ceramsite and spiking thickener were used to improve the workability of lightweight concrete, and its influence on compressive strength was also studied. The results indicate that Pre-wetting ceramsite can improve workability but reduce compressive strength of lightweight concrete. An appropriate amount of Hydroxyethyl Methylcellulose (HEMC) can improve the workability of lightweight concrete but the flowability and compressive strength will reduce when the amount of HEMC is too much. The two methods can both be used to improve the workability of lightweight concrete and the time of pre-wetting ceramsite should be 30 minutes and the amount of HEMC should be controlled less than 0.1%.
